that's the best I can do at the end of my first two weeks of college spanish– I'll try again at the end of the semester. 

(this was WAY more fun than math homework)  I want to be a translator of great poetry.  :-)    they say if you want to be a writer– write.  if you want to be a photographer – photograph.   if you want to be a singer – sing.  so does that mean if you want to be an artist you should – art?   hehe. 

off to school now.  without having done my math homework.  naughty, naughty.  :-)

oh dear girls.  I cheat and use google translate and word reference and a book about spanish verbs and radio lingua and rosetta stone and several teach yourself spanish books AND my 5 hours of spanish class per week at the local community college to help me.  my spanish is coming along, but I'm heavily dependent on books and computer translation sites, yet. 

lil - I've had rosetta stone for years and only used it sporadically at best.  I found myself easily bored by it and I needed to understand the whys and wherefors of the grammar in order to feel capable of constructing sentences, so I'm finally enrolled in a class.  I need the discipline of an in person class I think.  at least I do right now. 

I'm loving being a college student, but it surely does cut into my blogging time. :-)
